VARIETY: Chardonnay-Sauvignon-Cortese

VINEYARD: “Palante″ and “Braglia″, estate vineyards in Canelli.
Excellent East to South –East exposure.
Hand harvested in the first weeks of September.

VINIFICATION: The ideal location of this vineyard, in permanent exposure to a fair wind allows to obtain excellent grapes. The grapes are carefully harvested, transferred to the winery in small baskets, softly pressed and immediately stored at a temperature of 15°C., for an initial decanting of the must. The fermentation takes place at the temperature of about 16°C. to enhance the perfumes and scents of the single vineyards. Bottled at the beginning of the year following the harvest, the wine rests for two months before being ready.

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES:
Colour: Bright yellow with greenish reflections.
Perfume: Intense notes of white flowers together with fresh spicy notes.
Taste: Full, dry, balanced and extremely sapid, it offers great intensity and fragrance.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS: It pairs well with light and delicate hors d’oeuvres, lake or sea fish.
