Single - Vineyard Grappa

Each grappa is obtained through discontinuous distillation with head and tail cut in order to preserve at best their quality.
The distillation takes place very slowly in order to allow the right evaporation and consequent condensation of the aromatic components, responsible of the soft and pleasant sensations.
Our aim is the one of preserving the precious organoleptic characteristics of each original vine. We have a limited production, strictly bond to the vintage of the year.

Grappa “Bricco Dani” of Barbera

Golden yellow, with an intense and persistent scent underlying its typicalness.
The accurate refining in small barriques gives it a round and refined taste. 
Alcohol content: 45% by vol.

Grappa “Ajan” of Barbera

It preserves all the typical characteristics of its wine: intense and sensuous, full of scents and aromas of its terroir.
Alcohol content: 42% by vol.



Grappa “Ceirole” of Moscato

It is made distilling our typical aromatic vine: the Moscato.  A fresh and delicate grappa with fine and elegant scents.
Leaves a pleasant and smooth aftertaste. 
Alcohol content: 42% by vol.

Before tasting, the grappa should be allowed to rest in crystal glasses of the appropriate shape for a few minutes. As it airs, the aroma is enhanced and the harmony of its bouquet and flavour reaches its peak. After a meal or sipped at any time during the day, grappa is a source of real satisfaction. For example, it is excellent with chocolate.
